Is this model wireless?

No it does not have wireless.  and it has no expansion ports on the back so you would have to use usb.  I only thought of that after I bought it, or I would have take a second thought about it.

Question 3

Since Windows 7 is installed in this desktop, if I add 1 TB HD, do I need to re-install WIN7?

There is no room to ADD a second hd.  You can REPLACE the existing hd with a 1 tb hd.  You simply need to clone the existing hd with a cloning program ( I use free macrium reflect), then just take the old hd out and connect the new hd.  Everything you had with the old hd will be on the new 1 tb hd(including the windows 7 os and all the drivers) and will run just like the original, but with more storage space, plus you will have a back up if the new 1 tb hd dies.  I hope this helps out.

In the discription it says uses windows 7 32bit in the specifications says windows 7 64 bit which is it?

The unit I received came with Windows 7 home premium 64 bit SP1.  This pc arrived in like new condition and has been flawless.  If all you need is a pc to use the internet, email, and run business programs, this is a great buy and takes up almost no space.  The only thing you cannot do is game or do graphical or cpu intensive tasks like video encoding. For everyday tasks, this is great value. The only way to improve the performance would be to add an ssd and 2 more gb of ram (there is one open dimm slot to do this), but it is fast enough as is.  hope this helps.

The specs state this has a DVI out, is there a VGA out as well?

No vga output on this model. You can however purchase an adapter to convert dvi to vga.

Since this computer has a DVI out socket, I'm assuming it has "decent" on board video. What is the highest resolution you can get out of it? Will it run HD video for streaming purposes?

I use this PC to play movies recorded at 1080 lines and the resolution is good enough for me, and I expect most everyone else.   I don't stream movies so I don't know if that would be more demanding of on-board video.   I got this PC for an elderly person who had been fairly content with a media player, and this is to replace that.  They never play video games, so there's no need for extra fast repainting power.

Does this computer come with the orginal install disks....If something happens, i dont what to have to buy window 7?

There is no disc at all, windows 7 32 bit is already installed. You will have to go through a little setup info and the product key is on a sticker. Once it's done loading up, you might want to run any updates it needs and make your own backup disc/usb.

Question 8

My monitor doesn't fit this CPU. The monitor has three rows of pins and the CPU has two rows fro a total of 9 pins. It is a Dell also. Recommendations?

This Computer only has DVI out for the Monitor.
You can get an adapter for your RGB cable or just get a dvi video cable.

If you Monitor only has a D-Sub, or RBG input you will have to get the DVI to RGB adapter to put on the back of the Computer.

Question 9

In the product photos, the optical drive tray is shown with a small oval eject button and also a rectangular button at the bottom right of the tray.  What does the rectangular button do?

It is a laptop drive for the SFF, you push that rectangle and it pops out a bit, then you can push harder and you can eject the entire drive assembly (designed for when it's in a laptop) to insert a second hard drive or battery.

Does this desktop have a serial and parallel port?  Could not tell from the specification page.
