I'm thinking about purchasing this and i was wondering if it comes pre built and ready to run with nothing to install on my part? Also how does this pc perform in real life because on paper it seems very good? Thanks

Comes prebuilt. Dont worry is amazing. I play alot of games and this is just wonderfyl machine for its price. I plau cs:go on all high setting 300+ fps. But this machine can play alot of games in ultra above 100fps

Some people say that this computer is good and some are bad. I talked with my tech friend, and he said that the mother board is not that good can anyone give me some advice?

MSI Z87 G41 PC Mate.  You can check it out on this very site.  It is on the cheap spectrum of MSI boards but it works.  I have not OC it, but from reviews the OC is not too great.

The motherboard only has a Stereo 3.5mm audio jack. Yet the Cyberpower ad shows it supporting 7.1 Surround. Is that run through the graphics card HDMI?
