Question 1

If the integrated video dies, can a video card be added?

Accepted Answer

Thanks for reaching out. As stated, if the processor has stopped functioning, most likely the integrated graphics may have stopped as well. If you do decide to add a video card, you would be on dedicated graphics. If you want to game, you would preferably want to be on a dedicated graphics card. Question 3

Does this come with WIFI built in or will I need a USB WIFI adapter?

Accepted Answer

You need an adapter. And good luck actually getting the right computer on the first try. They screwed up and sent me this pc missing parts and cheaper parts than what I expected. Was told I would get a refund for the stuff I had to buy on my own and sent the reciept as asked but still nothing from them. Never would recommend this company

Question 4

does this pc have on bored sound?

Accepted Answer

Yes it does. Front head phone jack and rear audio jacks.

Question 5

Hi there! I recently purchased this setup in August of 2018, and it came with one stick of 8GB DDR4 RAM. Overall, the computer runs most games, but higher graphics games (the ones I tried were Doom and Dark Souls 3) are unplayable due to lag even on the lowest graphic settings. Does anyone have experience with using two separate sticks of RAM that was shown to solve this problem? I read that the Ryzen 5 2400 APU really needs two separate sticks of RAM to have decent framerate due to the integrated graphics, but I wanted to check and see if anyone has had a similar problem and found more RAM to be the solution before I purchased anything. Thank you in advance!

Accepted Answer

Thanks for reaching out Jake H. Unfortunately, the reason you may not be getting good FPS is because this PC does not come with a dedicated graphics card. It is using integrated graphics, which isn't the best for gaming. Potentially, you may want to look into adding a graphics card.
