I would like to ask is does the pc already is wi-fi ready or would i need to buy a wireless adapter?

no, it is not already WIFI ready. you will need an adapter. it can't be a PCIe card as that slot is covered over by the video card, so only regular PCI slot type or usb only. I was kind of disappointed by the loss of use of the PCIe slot (the small slot not the PCIe 16 slot that the video card sits in), I had a TV card from my old system that I can't use now because of that.

If I wanted to upgrade the card, how high could I upgrade it?

As far as I know you can upgrade up to the current NVidia 780ti. I have had this PC for about 4 months now and I love it. I am about to start upgrading it. Which is the main reason I chose this build because of the ability to be upgrade.

Can you tell me what the installed audio is on this computer?

The onboard audio is Realtek ALC887, to enable HD audio you have to use a HD audio module and hook it up to the front panel audio on the Mobo.
