Does this computer have an ethernet cable port?

Yes. It has an Ethernet port on the back of the display. It's easy to acces. You will have to purchase a cable because it does not come with a cable as I recall.

Does this have a VGA port?

No, this is an All-in-one PC, there are no graphics ports; other than power, USB, LAN and audio, it's fully self-contained.  With the exception of RAM, it is about as un-expandable as you can imagine.  If you want to expand to just a second graphics port, look into eVGA's USB3.0 to DVI/VGA graphics adapter.  (If you search Google for the product, DO NOT try the Tripp-Lite version of it!!!)  This device will provide marginally better than rudimentary external graphics expansion capacity for office or Web functions.

A nice PC, it was a Christmas gift for my 18 year old stepson, and it does a commendable job playing even the 3D games he plays online.  Will it play World of Warcraft?  Not on a dare, but it's more than he needs for the Flash-based Facebook games and editing together of GoPro videos for uploading to YouTube.
