Hello, as a customer of this very item, I highly recommend to avoid this brand, bad build, and bad customer service. Defective graphics card - they want me to pay for the shipping to send the item back to them for a repair, provide my own box and packaging, and wait (their words) several weeks before they send it back to me, it made me feel one thing, regret :)

I purchased this computer from ABS 2 months ago, and within a few weeks, the graphics card started to malfunction. I contacted ABS customer support, and they told me that the only way to resolve the issue was to send the computer in for repair, with a box and shipping label I have to provide (about $30 for the box and packaging materials, plus $70 for the shipping label) . They also stated it would take several weeks, which is unacceptable by any standard.
