works on 120 v or 220 v or interchangeble ?

I've purchased three (3) slightly different versions of this induction cooktop and I believe that all of them take standard (120V, 60 HZ) house current.  They come with the stnadard two (2) prong electrical plugs for 120V.  I just confirmed on my TICT-1500W.

how large a pot, skillet can you use?

The width of the cooktop is about 10 inches.  
Since it is a flat surface, it can be any possible size. But  would say is better if the bottom flat part of the skillet is less than 8 inches diameter across in order to get the most heat from the heating elements.

I like this cooktop very much. And is replacing my other electric pot to serve on the dinning table during winter and keeps the food hot for the whole dinner.

Instructions is not well written. I emailed the manufacture for clarification and  no one reply to the questions at all. Poor response.

What are the timer increments ?  The old model you could only choose 10 minute increments . Does this new model have one minute increments ?

The new one has a timer that is in one minute increments, it appears to go up to 2 hours and 59 minutes

You can cook homemade tomatoe sauce for hours simmer and will not burn if you are careful.

How can it heat up to 430 degrees, when it has a 392 F Auto Shutoff?

I didn't get your point. The function of this product is basically the same as oven, the best feature is that you can eat while you are cooking at the table (really good for hot pot), so the only thing of concern is how fast it can boil water. It is not an oven.

Yes, it works fine between about 103 and 138 volts.

I'm not impressed and it was defective when I got it by not displaying the temp. I bought it to see what the deal was with induction cooking but will not buy in the future.
