I have a flex a lite fan with a fan controler. The fan goes on at the proper temperture but I think the rpms are too fast. I have the fan that has the probe and you can adjust at what temp the fan goes on. I would like to have it go on at a slower speed and then speed up when the temp goes up. Is this the right product?

I have a flex a lite fan with a fan controler.  The fan goes on at the proper temperture but I think the rpms are too fast.  I have the fan that has the probe and you can adjust at what temp the fan goes on.  I would like to have it go on at a slower speed and then speed up when the temp goes up. I have that controller and it does not adjust fan speed. It only controls when the fan goes off and on by a set temp. I think the electric fans are only one speed... fast.
