Will this phone work on the AT&T network?

Sure... depends on your world location.

US: This phone is compatible with GSM Networks including AT&T, T Mobile and cellular network providers utilizing GSM network. This device is not compatible with CDMA Networks such as: Verizon, Sprint, and US Cellular.

Canada:
Compatible with GSM Networks including Rogers, Bell, Telus, Wind, Fido, Virgin, Koodo
and cellular network providers utilizing GSM network. This device is not compatible with CDMA Networks.

• The primary SIM supports 2G, 3G, 4G, and LTE GSM networks
• The secondary SIM supports 2G/3G GSM networks only. Voice Only
• The SIM acting as the primary SIM can be switched in the network settings.

My use is on VPN over WiFi... so the Cellular aspect it did not matter to me.

It will not work with Verizon. After hours at the Verizon store & online with an ASUS rep, I had to return it.
