I tried to get my Xbox pass too I downloaded the app put in all the info then had to do a survey and still didn’t get the pass so I gave up on it I won’t even bother with it again with my next order!!!!

It’ll only let you apply the code once AMD scans and confirms the purchased component is at use. Only then it’ll release the actual code you use on the xbox page to get your reward

I think within minutes of purchase, but I don't really remember. It was not a reason for my purchase so I didn't really pay attention and deleted the email with the code as soon as I got it.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think so. I've redeemed one code and as long as the other doesn't expire... I am planning to do the other then. I haven't tried redeeming both at same time to see if concurrent or back to back.

I bought two Ryzen 2700's and was issued two of these gift cards (Billed and taxed).  So much for free.  Anyways, can I give them away?  I won't use them. I have no need.  So I want them to go to family members who will.

Not an answer to your question, but an FYI.
While my receipt shows the Pass had a "discount for autoadd" applied bringing it to $0.00, my bank statement showed I was billed oddly. I was charged for the pass, but the discount was applied to the CPU I'd bought instead. If you actually didn't get the discount applied and were charged the full price, I'd definitely get in contact with NewEgg.
