Finally figured this out. Check your email for the day you submitted your Newegg order and you should have an email from Newegg with the subject "Your Digital Order is Now Ready." That email should have step by step instructions.

You'll go to amdrewards . com and create an account. Then you'll enter the product code that you get from Newegg. The AMD side will ask you to download a verification tool. Once that's downloaded and installed, it'll run and verify the processor/etc. that you bought (this tool HAS to be run on the PC that has the processor installed).Then it should let you select the promo you received and redeem.

Does this actually give you the Halo infinite campaign permanently or just games pass for a month?

Accepted Answer

Based on the wording in the promo ("Play Halo Infinite with 1 month of Game Pass for PC..."), you are getting 1 month of GamePass for PC which enables you to play Halo: Infinite. You are not getting a copy of Halo with this bundle.
