Can i use these codes on steam?

Depending on the  product's  distributor. For instance, you use the codes that are for Counter Strike key with Steam, The FFXIV key is used with Square Enix's Account System, and World of Tanks has its own installer where the key can be tied to an account. I am not 100% certain regarding GRID, but my assumption is that there will be a code redeemable on steam, as I am unaware of any specific game downloading system Codemaster uses to distribute.

Are these codes transferable if you already own the games?

I bought it, got csgo code for someone else, they are transferable. Although the FF code didn't work for some reason and was disappointing.
