How do you receive the game?

Wish I could tell you. I gave my info, entered my code, even chose a Steam game, figuring it would send a steam link to my e-mail. I didn't get anything. Read an answer here saying we should google a download link - that sounds odd to me. If anyone can DL off that, whats the point of the whole reward code site/system?

Can I get Guild Wars 2 with this?

Unfortunately, no. You can only the one of the games listed in the bronze section of the rewards. They are Sleeping Dogs, Dirt 3, Sniper Elite, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

They might add more games to the rewards until the end of this year, so you can save it until then or just use it.

do you still get this if you buy a hd 7770 now?

it will show up as a gift if it is. you can also tell since it will say on the cards page. this may also very depending on the card.

What is the total list of games to choose from??

New Egg won't let me include a URL in my answer, but just search for the Radeon Never Settle program. It will list the games. Looks like the list changes, because when I used my card a few months ago FarCry 3 was on the list and now it isnt'.
