How do I claim my code?   I never got an e-mail and I can't seem to see my code in my newegg account

It should come in the box along with graphics card. Not inside the nvidia box but the new egg shipping box, not sure where as mines was on the ground when I pulled out the nvidia box.  And it is a physical card like the picture shows it inside a transparent zip lock bag.

Question 2

I did not receive the card for Arkham Origins with my order, so I'm not sure how to redeem the offer?

I received one with my video card order.  The pictured coupon was attached with a receipt, and packed in the same new egg box.  Once you get it, go to the site listed, register it, and you will get another key to plug into Steam.  Once you activate that, you can download the game.

If I buy a video card it says it comes a bundle game pack worth 109$. I do not want that I rather have a diff bundle game worth half the price. Can I change them?

When I recently bought a new video card I did not see a way to change the bundled game so I waited until the card I wanted had the game changed. For more details you can contact customer support. They were very helpful when I had to have my game key re-shipped.

I never received my code, where do I locate it?

Mine came from Nvidia directly from no-reply 'at' nvidia.eu. If you have Gmail it will probably show up in your 'Promotions' tab so check there or your spam folder. Otherwise I would contact nvidia directly with proof of your purchase. Hope that helps!

Hi, I bought a gtx 760 to a nephew who is in Chile,
when you register the code indicated that they ought to do in USA, not in Chile.

Anyone know where I can get the code, and change now how to register and the only information I received was that it was to see it with newegg?

Well your Nephew does need to have steam in order to get the Batman Game, but he'll also need to get Ubisoft in order to get the other two games as it's through Ubisoft. If you bought the product, the code will be shipped to you in the box that was ordered, there will be two cards that you will get that will give you the codes.  Redeem those codes or give them to your Nephew.

I brought this item on 11/1/2013 and have not received the download code.  Can you please send me an unused code as soon as possible?  Thanks.

You need to call Nvidia and send them a proof of purchase and photo of your key card. If you didn't get the key card you can still work with their support, they are pretty good. None of my codes worked when I got my key cards and I just called them up and got them replaced.
