Yes, through Steam.  Although depending on the game, you may also need to sign in to another 3rd party software like Ubisoft to be able to play it on Steam.

it was under an automated message Newegg Auto-Notification (Do Not Reply)  that somehow my email thought was spam.

You'll get the access code on either a card or through your email. You enter that code at the amd website, pick your three games and you'll receive steam keys for the games you want.

Once you buy an item that has this Newegg will send you an email with a digital code and a website link where you can enter the code. Once you enter the code you will be given a list of games to chose from. After you pick your game you will be given a STEAM code for each game that you can redeem on STEAM. ALL GAMES ARE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS FOR PC.

I got one of these with my graphics card but I am unable to use it because I dont know where to find the code. What do I do?

You should receive an e-mail from Newegg with directions on how to use the code. It will be the same e-mail you used to register your account with Newegg. If you have trouble finding it, either search, "newegg" in your messages or look up your order and see what date your payment processed, then look at your e-mail messages with the same or near date.

Do you have to buy a bundle to get this, or can you get it if you only purchase the graphics card? And if you can, how do you?

If you purchase the applicable graphics card, in my case, the R9 280x, this comes bundled with it. It appears as a 150$ charge on the receipt, but is removed before payment processing.

As for redeeming the games, after purchase and payment processing, you will receive an email with a link to AMD's games for gold website, which you will then be prompted to create an account. Thereafter, you will proceed through a short questionnaire pertaining to your taste in games, which i can only assume changes the outcome of available games to choose from, and after picking the games, you will be provided steam/origin keys for said games.

Can you sell the AMD Gold 3 Games 2014 to someone else?

Im not sure because I havent redeemed them yet.  Basically, I ended up getting a code. With that code, a person can setup an accout on AMDs website and the code will let you download the free games.
