Q: How do I get the code? I just ordered it and cant find the option to get the code to redeem it. does it take a couple days?

I received an email with the subject line ' newegg.com - Digital Product Delivery'. In the email it had all the usual purchase info and then a big box with the product description on the left and the product key code on the right. I received the code the same day my order was charged. If you did not receive an email as I described then I would contact newegg and request the code be sent if you have not already done so.

Hello, I just bought the MSI GTX 960 GAMING 2G GeForce GTX 960, and it came with the free game. I was wondering, is the code physical, and being shipped with my graphics card, or do I some how redeem it online?

When I bought that GPU, they did send me a card in the mail, but it was little more than a reminder for the redeemable code in the email they had sent me 2 days after purchase. Look for the email over the next few days (assuming you just now bought it), and it should give you instructions on how to redeem the game code. But in short, redeem the code through a special NVidia promo website, it will then give you a code to redeem at GOG (Good Old Games) for the actual game. You'll receive a digital copy of The Witcher 3. I might be wrong, but you should also get a code for Batman: Arkham Knight. Same process, but for Steam, not GOG.

It was bundled in.  It showed up as a line item on the order and when the credit card went through they emailed the access code.

I bought the gtx 960 4 gig memory. It said I get a free copy of the Witcher 3 wild hunt. How do I redeem my copy?

Hello, I just installed this game 3 days ago and it's definitely worth the wait....AND the process you need to go through to get it. 1st, check your e-mail for Neweggs Digital download product code. it was sent when you purchase the video card from Newegg, if not check with them cause you'll need it. 2nd go to Nvidia at address on invoice and choose your location(Newegg wont let me place other links on this response)(redeemdotGeForcedotcom). then insert code when asked. the download actually comes from GOGdotcom and they may ask you to create an account with them. Nvidia will issue another product code which will work at GOGdotcom. 3rd, after registering with GOG and entering Nvidias code, the game is loaded to your GOG account. log in to GOGdotcom and click on the game and it will present you with the 7 or 8 downloadable files needed. Some are 4 GB in size and took some time to D/L. Game is about 35GB's. Download and launch the "update.exe" file and you should be good to go. Hope this helps...

You will submit your code at nVidia's code redemption site (the link is provided in the email from Newegg.)

This code will grant The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to your account at GOG. (The nVidia code redemption site explains how to do this.)

So, I just got a GTX 980 graphics card and apparently this Witcher 3 thing came with it. Can anyone tell me exactly what it is? Is it a card that gets me this game, that comes out in May or something, for free? Or is it extra stuff for the game? I honestly have no idea.

If it's anything like what I received with my GTX 970, youll get a code via email (i never got a physical card despite what was advertised, but that's not a big deal at all) to get the game for free.  The part they DONT advertise is that it can only be redeemed at GOG which is one of the few sites that won't let you use that code as an actual steam game.  It's still DRM free, but that can be inconvenient for people like me.  If you google GE force and witcher 3 youll see all the steps needed from beginning to end.  Happy gaming!

How exactly does the redeeming work? I see it isn't through steam. I am purchasing a PC at the start of this summer, but it probably will not be here before the redemption code expires so I'll have to do the redeeming on my current PC. Will the game then be free to download on any PC or future PC I own? If I cannot redeem it on my new computer then I won't be able to use it at all.

I recieved an email with a redemption code. When i followed the emails instructions it took me to a game downloading site of which i needed to create a login. Once that was done it saved my purchase to my account. My assumption is that i can download the game from this site to any pc at any time. Also considering that the game does not release until late may...i would sure hope i can download at any time.

Hey, not sure if you were able to find your link or not. The best way I can suggest is for you to log in to you newegg account and click the digital library tab, making sure to extend the search period to at least when you purchased the item that granted you the code. From there it should give you a link to retrieve your code.
