How do i claim the game?

In the email you received from Newegg, there should be a link to redeem the product key provided.

There, you will enter the product key from the Newegg email. Since this game had not yet released, you'll have to wait until the release date (or perhaps the day before) to download via Steam.

Can I get The Witcher 3, because it was available earlier and now it only says Batman: Arkham Knight?

If all they are offering is Arkham Knight that will be all you will get, the Witcher 3 was for a limited time only..

So, how or when do I get my code?

You need to claim it when the game releases. You normally have a gift key from new egg with a link that takes you to nvidia's site for redemption. When I tried to enter it how ever it said I needed to wait until the game was released

Is there a way to have another email with the code sent? I cannot seem to locate it, and it says it has "shipped"

I received an email specifically for Arkham Knight the same day I made my purchase.  It was separate from the Witcher code and also separate from the order confirmation.  The code came from newegg.  The subject was "Newegg – Digital Product Delivery"

Can i exchange this for another game, other than The Witcher 3, cause I already own both of them, or perhaps a can I exchange it for money instead?

I doubt that you'll be able to exchange them for actual money since you're getting them for free as part of a promotion. There is a possibility you can switch them, although you would get a much faster reply if you use the live chat option. Even if you can't trade the games for others, you can give a friend the code, and they can redeem it.

Does this come with the extra content given to those who preorder the game?

I would have to assume yes, since the code is a steam code and you will receive the activation prior to the games actual launch.  You may wish to contact customer support to be sure.  Prior to game launch, I cannot visually see what content is applied to the game.

How do you redeem the Batman Arkham Knight subscription code that comes free with the GTX970 video card?

you get an email after your payment has gone through the next day specific to the game. They provide a hyperlink to redeem the code from the nvidia website. Once you get the code from Nvidea emailed to you, you can use the code on steam.

I bought a GeForce GTX 960 and I'm not sure where to actually get the game from, I looked in my order history, but the code there is all "x"ed out except the last 4 digits. How to I redeem the code and install my game?

Check your email, the code will be in there, than go to the nivida website to redeem it, they will log you into your steam account after than and you are done.

I received all the info that I needed to download the game, however in the last email I received it just said "Redeem your promotional code below to receive your PC Digital Download code"

Sadly, there was no code below... or in the email at all. I'm at a loss as to where I should go now to find out about this?? Help? o.0

I never have something what you said ,  but  I can tell  you where did I go first, I want to NVidia .com login to  my Hotmail .com and then go to redeem you game first. if you don have NVidia Hotmail you need to sign one up first and that all I can tell good luck  thank you .

I saw this under a Gtx 960 4gb and I don't see that for the offer when I click "get the code". Is there a different way to have this and the 960 4gb?
