these become unlocked prior to setting up the item for the PC and then you run a scan so it knows you have it in your system at which point the games become unlocked and downloadable no need to sub to a mailing list something I've never had to do

Looks like Saints Row is for Epic and Forspoken is for Steam. I don't know about the third one because I only bought the RX 6600.

Sigh, this is such a poor customer experience from both Newegg and AMD. TLDR; You have to create an account with AMDRewards to redeem the code Newegg gave you. 
1) Copy the 17 character Product Key that is displayed in fine print in your order confirmation (either online or in your email) for the Raise the Game Bundle. 2) Go to www[dot]amdrewards[dot]com[slash]faq (read the FAQ first, then truncate the faq from the URL and go directly the AMDrewards site. 3) Paste in your Product Key and create an account for yourself. 4) Download the Verification Tool and install it so that AMD can verify that you purchased a qualifying product from an approved reseller. 5) Run the tool and input your Product Key one more time. 6) Click the Complete Redemption button. 7) Confirm which retailer you purchased your GPU from. 8) FINALLY, redeem your credits by putting the desired games in you cart and checking out. But wait... these are generic AMD Reward credits and could potentially be used for anything before they expire on 9/13/2022. You might want to hang onto them to see if a better offer comes along - particularly if you intend to buy another GPU or PC.

I bought an rx 6600 and it is not in my login email i have waited 2 days?

You can get them to resend the email, but if you look closely at your order receipt. You should see a "Product Key" for the AMD RTGB line item.
