Is AMD better than the intel i9 and is the rtx good and is it x64gb?

AMD usually perform slightly lower than comparable Intel.  They flooded the market with the Ryzen series making it difficult to compare specs but Intel has since redesigned its chips like raptor lake that are superior to AMD chips.  Also AMD software is even more annoying that Intel which is already pretty full of "ransomware" type programs if you want to install this game.
