is this item completely new?

I bough two of them when it was on shellshocker deals and when Ireceived them, the outside of the box is very clean along with the stickers they put on the box were new. When Iopened the toolbox, one of the clips fell off. The clip will go back on fine to lock the box but will fall off everytime Iopen it. Now for the inside of the toolbox, it was dirty . I think these were more of an overstocked item and they were on shelves for a few years. The tools didn't have any wear to them though.

The entire set contains only 6 point sockets.  They connect firmly, but are easy to detach from the wrench.

3/8" drive shallow sockets: 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 17mm. Torx 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 27, 30, & 40.  5/8 deep spark plug socket.
3/8" drive ratches, 3/8 to 1/4 adapter, 1/4 and 3/8 extensions.

I bought the set for a travel set for my vehicles.  I was VERY impressed with the quality of the set.
