Can you install a full size expansion card or only low profile cards?

You can't install expansion cards in this thing.  There is not slot, not even for a half height card. If you want a chassis like this with expansion, go with the BM639 - this one can take a half height card, half length, single slot.

Full size card have pretty big enclosures.  If you find one that has a riser card, and lets to you lay the card down flat, that could help.  But then you have to make sure the card doesn't interfere with the heat sink., block the airflow, etc.

Question 2

Is there any way to increase the power supply?

It is removable so in theory yes you could get a higher wattage one, but with how small this chassis is I don't know why you would want to. You can't fit high wattage components in it like high performance graphics cards and I would not try using a really powerful CPU in it like an i7 either due to space and airflow constraints. The included 120W power supply is sufficient for a 65W core i5, a hard drive, and an optical drive. If you want more powerful hardware then I'd recommend a little larger chassis that would better accommodate it.

Question 3

Will the drive bay fit a "thick" 2.5-inch drive, such as the Seagate Enterprise Capacity drives at 15mm thick?

Hi Bret,

I have a standard thin ssd (7mm?) and there appears to be about 7-8 mm extra clearance to the top.  I'm also using the bracket that holds the ssd in place.  You could probably gain an extra 1mm if you didn't use the bracket. I think you could get a 15mm to fit.

Question 4

Can this case fit a 2.7" (67mm) CPU cooler? Is the 3.0" Height including the raised mesh on top or does it provide slightly more room than the specified 3.0"?

I don't think so.  The case is divided into 2 compartments.  One side is for the motherboard and the other side has 3/4" for SSD and DVD.  So you probably only have an 1.5 or so above the CPu before you hit the mesh.  You could go MAD MAX on the case and have the cooler sticking out the hood ;)

What is the size of the mount, like is it vesa 100mm?

There is a VESA mount for this chassis.  that's how mine is mounted.  It has two hole patterns for two different VESA types, so it's flexible.  I don't have the measurements,  It looks like it should be 100mm x 100 mm.  It looks to big for the 75mm option

Do you have 250 watt or more of power supply? I have core i5 84 watt. the case only support 65 watt CPU.

Core i5 likely draws too much, and will also get way hot in this case. It's really meant for >65W, more like 35W really. After you get motherboard in and wired up with power you'll find it's quite tight, works well for low-power chips but I wouldn't subject an i5 to that even if it gets enough juice from PSU.

Question 8

Hi, I'm thinking about this build, and it says I can choose between the internal or an external psu. Do both come in the box? I'd like to use an external if possible. Also is the height good enough for a stock AMD 65W cpu cooler? that's the only fan it'll have. Thanks.

A stock cooler is fine.  I have an arctic freezer i11 on my intel processor which has a cooling capacity of 150w, and it fits without any issues.  The case does not come with a PSU so you should be fine with your own.

Question 9

Is the DVD drive bay deep enough top mount a 1" high 3.5 Hard Drive if not using a dvd?

Only laptop hard drives and SSD's.  May require special mounting. Also, the PSU only comes with one power connection for a drive at the moment.

Does it come with everything needed to mount to a monitor or do I need other parts, and Does anyone have an actual photo they can share of it done?

Yes, the 'foot' it comes with lines up with VESA mounting holes so should be able to be attached directly, then the cross shaped bit on case can be screwed in.  Would attach photo, but I don't use mine that way (mine just sits on desk behind monitor).
