Question 1

The main product heading states "TFX power supply" but the ones I've located on Newegg don't appear to be of he proper size or configuration considering the fan exhaust location. Can someone give some insight on this?

There doesn't seem to be any standard on the mounting holes.  the spacing of the two screws don't work with certain TFX.  The Seasonic 80 plus gold work for mine, but I had to make it fit where the power cable plugs in.

Question 2

Does it come with a power supply or no? If so, what is the wattage? It says it comes with an optional power supply but I am confused what it means

This item as sold by Newegg does not come with a power supply. That was fine with me since my mini-ITX motherboard requires an external 19V plug-in (laptop style) power supply. This case is a very high quality item. I was impressed with it considering the economical price and free shipping!

Question 3

Does this include a 2.5 inch drive bay?

Yes there is a 2.5" bay under the 3.5" bay.  But the 2.5" bay is not toolless, you will need screws to attach the drive (the 3.5" drive and slim DVD drive install with spring-loaded retainers).  Also, there aren't bottom screws for the 2.5" drive, just side screws.
