It says there are 4x 2.5" drive bays (in addition to the 3.5" bays), but there are only 2x 2.5" mounting plates. Is it possible to purchase more plates?

I have two SSD drives screwed into the inside of my case with plates and then I think it's counting those two HDD slots underneat as possible spots?  I'm not sure.  It's been a year since I had my case all the way apart.  xD  But that would be my guess as to their description.
And I would think you can purchase more SSD plates.  Have you tried searching the net yet?

Can a liquid cooler be used with the case?

Yes, but it is a tight fit.  I removed the extra drive brackets and mounted mine on the inside of the front of the case.  I mounted fans blowing into the case on top and in back and fans blowing out through the cooler on front  My cooler is: ASUS ROG Strix LC II 360 All-in-one AIO Liquid CPU Cooler 360mm Radiator.

Can i put a Noctua Nh-d15 chromax black in this case or not fit?
