What power supply size will fit this casing?

2U PSU in the back side, or an ATX in the front in revered position has a power plug runs to the rear and you won't be able to access the switch with out opening the case and it will be a tight fit. I bought an MicroATX adaptor and power supply I also changed the power supply fan to run the other way to keep the air flow from front to back and mounted the ps upside down because there isn't much room for air flow on the bottom of the case. I would suggest getting an micro like I did, or use a 2U PSU or a standard at with a fan on the back and not on the bottom unless you plan to mount it with the fan facing upwards.

Are all the motherboard standoffs re/movable?

Yes. They aren't installed when you get the chassis. They're in the cardboard box along with other mounting hardware.

Do I need rails to mount this in my rack (4 post open frame, 22" deep)? I have received this and have it fully assembled, and it's heavy -- feels like the ears alone will not support its weight. If so, what rails do you recommend?

Norco recommends either the RL20 or RL26 rail kit. Research it on Norco's website.
