Does this case have a place and mount for a 120mm front fan?

In a word- no-,however,I need to fill in some blanks here- my 
case is labeled as follows:
Product name= GZZA1
Model    name=GZZATBH1

My case does have the punched air holes and mounting holes for 
the 120mm fan BUT,directly behind this front panel,sits the drive bay enclosure which is riveted in place,and the only way to get a fan in there is to remove all rivets, remove the drive bay, mount the fan,then replace the drive bay- - -so it seems that this particular case was made as a production foundation
for more advanced case models that would,I guess, provide for
an easy front fan install.
 One added thought here- don't press the need for a front fan,
you are MUCH better off letting the rear 120 do the "cooling"-
as it is more efficient to "draw" air over an object with a latent 
heat load,rather than "blowing" or forcing air toward it as all this does is create turbulences that do little in absorbing latent heat.
 Aside form the above "soapbox" lecture, I do like this case!

Hey Calvin, this case is very light. But not in a good way, it is very cheap and flimsy, so bad in fact I threw it away after receiving it.  I would not trust this case to hold up to being transported with any regularity. I would spend a little extra and look into cases meant for LAN parties, i.e. cases meant to be mobile. If weight is that big of a factor look for ones constructed of aluminum.  I am guessing that the difference in weight between cases is most likely a couple of pounds in most all examples, I would worry more about build quality, quality of air flow and price vs. performance.

What is the Maximum Graphics Card Length for this case?

This case can easily accept a 24.5cm graphic card (from card's metal mounting bracket to back edge of card's circuit board) keeping  ~0.5cm of additional rear "air-space" clearance.   If the assembler chooses to not mount a floppy drive or a hard drive in either of those first two internal bays (2/5), that adds an additional 2.5cm of clearance while maintaining that ~0.5cm of  "air-space" clearance.
