Will a ga-ep45-ud3p mobo fit this chassis?

YesLooks like you're just installing a standard ATX mb in am ATX case.
I have a GA-EP43-UD3L in mine which is exactly the same size.

Just beware that there is only about 1/2" space in the left panel for the hard power/data cables. I have 8 sata drives and a corsair modular power supply in mine. You have to get the cables very flat and not stack them on top of each other. I used 2  - 4 connector power cables and connected to every other drive with each cable. And be careful when removing and installing the panel.

Question 2

Will a COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO fit in this case?

The Luxo M30 is a really wide case, so I think it should fit. However, I don't have a Hyper 212, so can't say for sure.

There looks to be plenty of room to stand a 120 mm fan on edge above my existing cpu cooler fan (standard mount for an AMD F2 cpu), so I think that the Hyper 212 would fit easily if replacing an existing cooler.

Note: The exact positioning of the Hyper 212 will depend on the cpu location on the mobo you are using.

How's the cooling with this case? What temperature does it run around? And what cpu + gpu do you run it with?

This case has excellent cooling. The two top fans provide a good intake for any graphics card you want to put in it (It'd be pretty squished if you tried to crossfire though), and the front intake does a good job providing air for the CPU fan and also keeping the harddrives cool. I don't have any exact temperatures, but it has better cooling than most cases in this price range I have dealt with. I use an AMD-6300 and a Radeon 7870 XT.

Can I add more led fans?

The case comes with 4 120mm fans (one with blue LED).  You could replace the other 3 or you could mount 2 more fans on the side of the case.  The case supports up to 6 120mm fans.

I wanted to know If this case could handle a R9 270x 2gb Toxic Edition (The Card with 3 fans)? From the measurement that it will fit but partpicker told me that they are unsure in their   compatibility section.

Depends on the motherboard but if you have the correct motherboard than yes

will a ZALMAN CNPS9900MAX-B (132mm) or a Enermax Ecomaster ETS-T40-TA(120mm) fit? since the case is 194mm(cutting it close?)

The zalman can fit, BUT it will be a tight fit.. I recommend buying a low profile style cooler/fan or a bigger case.

Will the Corsair H100i fit in the top of this case? Center holes on the radiator are 15mm apart.

While it may fit i do not recommend putting it in there, you need an open top on the case to fit the cooling system into or you will just be circulating hot air around inside your rig, not a fun scenario. :/
