Is this case a top or bottom PSU mount ?

I am going to assume that you are referring to the Power Supply; if that is the case, the power supply is located at the bottom of the tower. I did get a bigger power supply than that came standard with the unit on the webpage, but I doubt that would change the location.

does it have a CD Drive space?

Yes, it says LG on the front of it, right under the section on the front with the usbs, headphone jacks, and power button.

What is the thing on the top of the case used for?

It's a hard drive dock. Makes it super easy to transfer files from one hdd to the other! Best feature ever!

I recently bought a pc thats in this case, but its not in yet, the website wouldnt give me any demensions on it for some reason, so im wondering if anyone can give me some demensions of the case?

There is one usb 3.0 and two 2.0 on front panel. Two of each on back

So this isnt the actual tower? For a little bit I thought you can just buy this and yay i got a working computer, just a case to put the tower in?

There are different towers depending on how you have it configured. The tower pictured is the tower I received, and it is exactly as advertised. I received a fully configured and ready to go gaming deck with Windows 8.1 installed. The only thing I had to do with it once I got it was insert alternate RAM that I already had (so mine came preconfigured with the lowest RAM setting).

The thing is actually pretty killer for the price and has been worth every penny to me so far.

There seems to be some ambiguity about what comes with this case. I was hoping someone could clarify what comes with it straight out of the box?

Well, I bought the full computer custom made, but the case has a built in fan and you can see into it. It has two mic ports which is really nice, and about 10 UBS ports. I recommend it

I dont believe it comes with all the lights and extras.
