Pros: Simple, easy to hook up. Less cabling better cooling, cleaner looking PC.

Cons: Very Small, I judge it from my LCD and I just was not prepared on how small it actually was. Agree with other comments, very delicate, poorly made.

Overall Review: Make sure there is a small distance from your HD to your IDE connector.

Pros: Its an IDE cable. Don't know what people are complaining about, it works great for me. I use in Servers where short neat cables are preferred and I put one in my mini ITX for the Slim CD-ROM drive. I like it build quality is good for me.

Cons: *~Just~ fit in my case. Would have liked if it was 11" but it worked so I'm not really gonna complain. Probably better that it's a tight fit, no need for origami folding

Pros: Replaced the stock IDE cables in my old computer. Easy to install, no problems so far.

Pros: promotes good airflow. looks nice with the clear/blue cables on my modular powersupply. Bought this to use with my sweet box that only has one optical drive (dvd burner). better than any old ribbon ide cable.

Cons: tab on one end cracked a bit, and sticks out sometimes. this doesn't effect the instilation of the cable, but it is annoying.

Pros: Works. Put in TT Lanbox.

Cons: None.

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: Where to start. 1. Tabs broke off 2. Sleeves never stays put 3. Caused my DVD burner to burn at 4x max speed instead of normal 16x. 4. Made my hard drive continuously read/write. (don't know why, but after days of trying to figure it out, the moment I took off the round cable it worked)

Pros: Nice round cable.

Cons: Broken tabs, as a matter of fact drive end ones came broken, after pulling it out once it ended up on my hand, I haven't bothered to check the other end...

Overall Review: expected a much better quality from vantec!!
