APC P11VNT3 SurgeArrest Home/Office
Protect more electronic devices—no matter their power plugs’ size—from spikes and surges traveling through both power lines and data lines. When the outlets are not in use, slide the shutter to avoid accidental hand contact. The surge protector can be placed anywhere it is needed most.
Surge Protection and Noise Filtering
The unit can withstand and absorb up to 3020 Joules of surge energy. Connect your electronics to it to keep damages caused by spikes or surges at bay. It also attenuates EMI/RFI line noise that can cause data errors and keyboard lockups, ensuring better performance of protected equipment.
Catastrophic Event Protection
SurgeArrest components such as MOVs and Thermal fuse ensure instantaneous reaction to lightning strikes and wiring faults. If the surge components are damaged due to power spike or over voltage, excess power cannot reach your equipment.
Protect More Devices
Up to 11 outlets are offered. Moreover, network input and output ports, Tel/DSL input and output ports, and Co-Axial input and output ports are included. Whether it is computer, laptop, TV, and other household electronics, surges traveling over power lines and through data lines will be robustly contained. The phone line splitter allows use of two pieces of equipment at once, such as a modem and phone.
Safety Shutters and Big Spacing
The 11 outlets have a shutter each to protect users from accidental contact with unused outlets. The big spacing between adjacent outlets allows users to connect bulky transformer block plugs without covering up other outlets.
Rotatable Cord and Right Angle Plug
A 180-degree rotating cord with strain relief offers flexibility in positioning the SurgeArrest, and in routing the power cord. Cords and cables can be organized for a tidy and clean look. The right angle plug allows for equipment and furniture to be placed closer to the wall than with a standard power cord. Reduces cord stress too.
LED Indicators
The Overload Indicator illuminates when connected equipment draws more power than unit’s capacity. To remedy the condition, unplug less vital equipment. The Protection Working Indicator will warn you if its circuitry has been damaged by heavy strike or power line surge and it is unable to provide 100% protection. The Building Wiring Fault Indicator informs users of potentially dangerous wiring problems in the wall circuit.
IEEE Let-through Ratings and Regulatory Agency Compliance
The APC Essential SurgeArrest series offers optimal performance with a let-through rating of less than 330V to 500V for North American products, and a rating of less than 15% for products sold worldwide. All APC products comply with local agency safety requirements, including UL in North America and CE/Kema/Gost/C-tick/A-Tick/Telepermit in their respective regions.
