Is this cable shielded? Is it rated at 350mhz?

To be honest it does not say on the jacket, looking at it it dose have a ribbed appearance as if it is shielded it also dose not state if its 350mhz but I use it on a gigabit network and have no packet loss it is a really good quality cable. now with that said here is whats printed on the jacket is you want to look it up (AWM  2835  75 DEGREE C   30V  FT2  E164571  ETL  VERIFIED  CAT.6  UTP  TIA/EIA568-B.2  CM) This is a heavy duty cable
