Will this work with this KVM? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817107419 (if its a passive splitter .. then it wont.. if it really adapts PS/2 keyboards that were manufactured before USB came along then it would)

I don't have that KVM so I can't check but I did buy the PS/2 adapter and I was able to connect an old PS/2 keyboard to my PS3. I don't know if that helps answer your question regarding adapting PS/2 keyboards manufactured before USB came out. I'm not sure what you mean by a passive splitter.
