Does it work with a fully modular psu? I lost my original 20+4pin connector and was wondering if this would be able to replace it. I'm scared it can't because this is an extension cable.

This one is at or just over 12" or 1 foot. End to end. I tried measuring as accurately as I could, I just didn't want to take my system down to measure it properly. Nevertheless, it's   12"+   And this thing has been functioning great. It's quite durable too.

Question 3

Looking to get combs for these cables that I bought... Would I need to use the 2.50mm openings or 2.85mm?

They're made with 16 AWG wire. The generic 16-18 AWG combs should work okay... 2.85mm would probably be a little too big.
