What is the drive size limit that is supported, most are 2TB, can it handle 3, 4, or 6TB?

The website says it supports up to 3TB.

Does this work in linux? I can see that the manufacturer doesn't support linux (often the case) but does it work?

It's plug-and-play for me on the latest version of Arch Linux, so I assume it works for most popular distros.
