I have a graphics cards with Dual link DVI and a monitor with single link. Will this cable work?

Yea, this will still work. Single link DVI employs a single 165 MHz transmitter that supports resolutions up to 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz. Dual link DVI adds six additional pins (located in the center of the connector) for a second transmitter increasing the bandwidth and supporting resolutions up to 2560 × 1600 at 60 Hz. It will adjust to what your monitor's highest resolution is.

Since it is a dual link cable, it should be able to handle a higher resolution than HDMI (1920 x 1200)

That graphics card says it will work with DL-DVI-D cables, and this is a direct link DVI-D cable. So, yes. Check your monitor specs to make sure it will work with the monitor.
