Pros: Easily and correctly adapts a standard 4-pin Molex LP4 power jack for use by devices (typically fans) requiring a 3-pin connector.

Cons: I guess the pass-through Molex connector could be considered a "con" if the user is compulsive about clutter inside the case.

Overall Review: This adapter was just what I needed to connect a CPU fan to a motherboard that did not have a 3-pin jack available. Technically, this is an adapter AND splitter, because it provides an empty Molex connector in addition to the 3-pin connector. In other words, you don't "use up" the original 4-pin jack when you connect this device. If you are short on Molex connectors and need to connect one or more fans, you'll love this feature. Note, the small jack only connects two of the three leads, for straight 12volt power. Don't expect to get the third connector (for temperature or energy management) from this, or any other, adapter. That information can only come from the motherboard, whereas this power is coming from a very simple connector usually meant for disk drives. (The pass-through Molex jack is fully wired, of course.) I do not know why people are commenting about it being "flimsy" or whatever. It seems fine to me.

Pros: Easy to install. Does what it's supposed to do.

Cons: Shipping cost raep.

Pros: does its job. both female and male connectors for the 4 pin so you dont waste a 4 pin on a fan and power other stuff as well. cheap.

Cons: shipping is $6 which is THREE TIMES more expensive than the item itself. and they ship it in bubble wrapped envelope which couldn't possibly cost that much to ship.

Overall Review: if you are buying, buy in bulk because each additional shipping is only 50 cents more.

Pros: makes inexpensive 3-pin case fans work with 4-pin power supplies; thus saving you money

Overall Review: bought these to go with COOLER MASTER R4-S2S-124K-GP 120mm Case Fan 4 pack... seems like a good move.

Pros: It was only 1.99 and does EXACTLY what it is supposed to.

Cons: The shipping was 4.99!

Overall Review: I bought this along with a tube of Arctic Silver. The combined cost of the two products was about 7 bucks. The shipping was just under $10! And it came in an envelope!

Pros: What you would expect in this type of connector. Good to use as an extension when lacking mb fan headers. Lots of length, used it in my full tower.

Cons: it's not fiber-optic, doesn't light up my case, not photoreactive, doesn't do laundry:-p

Overall Review: Good price for this.

Pros: Seemingly good quality compared to the adapters that came with my Cooler Master case.

Cons: None.
