Pros: It beeps. Short wires, but long enough to be able to zip tie it out of the way.

Overall Review: I really cannot give any pros or cons on cost, as there were no local places to compare it to. And when I have to buy online...Die Hard Newegg fan all the way!

Cons: It would be nice if it played a random selection from my iTunes library at each startup. And maybe cleaned my house.

Overall Review: I plugged it into the part on my motherboard which said "speaker." I turned on my computer. The speaker beeped at me when it was supposed to. It was all very exciting.

Pros: A very simple self contained speaker connecting to the motherboard that permits you to monitor the POST (Power On Self Test) for the motherboard. Very handy for building your own machine and detecting conflicts that causes boot failures. Some older model of speakers had to be grounded to the chassis to complete the connection, this one is very simple and easy to install and use.

Cons: None with the speaker, the description in Newegg is deceiving, it is NOT a speaker "CABLE" it is a speaker.

Overall Review: nice to have one in your repair bag if you're helping a friend troubleshoot his system.

Pros: It works. What else would you want?

Cons: It doesn't make coffee
