Can I use this cable to connect an external monitor with my laptop?  The laptop does not have built-in VGA connector and has only USB and HDMI connectors.

No. This cable is intended to connect the PC/laptop vga output port and USB port to the Linkskey KVM switch. The large black connector is pinned for the switch connection, not pinned for VGA. Since you do not have a VGA output, you will need a HDMI or DVI solutions. Likewise, the monitor will require a HDMI or DVI connection. It appears that Linkskey only supports VGA or DVI. If you don't need a KVM switch, you can find HDMI to HDMI/DVI cables dependent on the monitor connection.

I just purchased 3 of this. I want to use this for my extension monitors. I need it from the USB male to VGA male(I can leave the extra VGA male for optional). If it is correct, just ship it out please.

This cable is not a USB to VGA converter but used with a KVM switch (to toggle between multiple computer connection using  single display). The USB connector along with the blue end of VGA connecter is used along to toggle the USB connection of the computer . That enables any connected keyboard / mouse to be switched .

I bought this for the KVM switch  Trendnet TK-207 where 1 of my cable was broken.
