If you're talking about a USB connector like your thumb drive plugs into, no, it doesn't have that, although it does transport a USB signal that could connect such a connector.   For instance, to connect a USB Card Reader that DOES have a USB plug.  Hope this is helpful.

Will this work for a wd blue 1.0 tb hard drive?

If the HD is a SATA drive, then the cable will. The capacity of the drive (1 tb) does not matter as far as the type of connection is concerned.
