Is there a product that does Thunderbolt 1 port on the computer to thunderbolt 3 devices? I have an Asus G75VX with Thunderbolt 1 port on it. I want to upgrade my graphics card using an eGPU device. But I cannot find any Thunderbolt 1 eGPU's so I need an adapter to make it work. Yes I know I will take a huge performance hit, but I am buying a high end threadripper computer and can't afford all of the pieces to start, so I figured I'd just get an eGPU to use my new video card on now.

Short answer, no.  Thunderbolt 3 is backwards compatible with 1 & 2. Thunderbolt 2 is backwards compatible with 1.  But none of them are forward compatible with devices that are designed for later versions.
