Your website states it has three coax and 4.5 twisted pairs. Apparently the coax are rgb and 3 grounds (6) and the twisted pairs are for other data (9), that makes 15 conductors. Would you please verify that all of the 15 pins are connected end-to-end? Also that the cable shield is continuous to the plug base ground?

Accepted Answer

The only way I know is to use a continuity tester connected to both ends of a wire. You can do that also for the plug base at each end for the shielding.
