The picture shows 8 pin female to 2 6+2 male, but description says something different, both female, I noticed another user had a similar question and you noted it would be updated, but the description still does not match the picture, which product is it?

It is a 2 6+2 male with a female connecion between them, i.e the photo Is correct, not the description; I had that same worry myself when I bought one, but only realized it after I ordered it. As for the update to the description, I have no idea when it will be fixed.

You list this as a male end to two female ends but show a female end to two male ends, which is it? I need just what your picture is showing but not what your description is.

I ordered this cable several weeks ago. The picture is correct, not the verbal description in the header.

It is a female 8-pin to 2 male 6+2 pin splitter - which, fortunately, was what I wanted and expected.

I Have 2 PCI 6+2 that I need 4 of, so would need to buy two of these, but is that the 8 pin that there talking about? In terms of the 8 pin connecter is it the same female connecter that would be the same as a graphics card power pin slot that's 6+2?... So is that the PIC-E 6+2 the same as the female 8 pin on this item?

Yes, that is the case if I understand your question correctly. Both of the 6+2 ends can be combined to obtain two 8-pin males that mate with the female end.  So, for example, with two of these, you could connect the first 8-pin to a mobo, then connect the second 8-pin to one of the first 6+2s, to obtain three 6+2's. You would need three of these Y-connectors to fan out to four 6+2s.
