How Vibrant is the White ...is it true white or off- white?

Its white, but not super bright. I do custom sleeving and have compared this to other white paracord, and its not quite as bright as some. It almost has a white/silver look to it. Its not off white or dingy either, and has white wires underneath so there's no bleedthru. After a year or so the cables started to yellow, but that happens with all paracord. Still, this is one of the best extension sets for the price

Question 2

are these female to female? the description says yes but the picture looks different if so does that mean i wont be able to connect these to my mobo or will i need more cables for that

These are actually female to male. This means that they act as extensions of cables already coming from your power supply. You cannot connect these directly to the power supply, since the power supply and whatever component you are powering both feature female connectors. Thus, you must use the included power supply cables (which are male to male) to go from the power supply to these cables, then connect these cables to the component you wish to power.

What cables are included in this kit?

1 - 24 or 20 pin ATX
1 - 8 or 4 pin cpu
2 - 8 or 6 pin PCI (graphics card)

The set should work for almost anyone unless you are running more than 1 CPU or more than 2 GPUs. 
One thing to note is that the  able sleeving is a little thin and not as "full"  looking as some others I've seen. Also, there is an assortment of cable combs included to help straighten out and manage those cables.

For the money, I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to add to their asthetics without breaking the bank.

Are these exrensions or full cables?

These are Extensions. They are listed as F-F but are infact F-M. I used in a Thermaltake Core P3 case. Basically the black cables that were on my PSU were tucked in the back, I plugged the white extensions on and pulled the white through and plugged into MB and GFX card. Looks like I individually sleeved the cables in White, but way cheaper and faster. Very pleased. Looks like a custom mod.

Yes but these are extensions for you’re other cables you can’t use them alone

Do these come with the cable combs?

They do actually! The description is a bit cryptic here, but it comes with 2 X 24-pin combs and 4 X 8-pin combs. It may have another 1 or 2, but those are the ones I'm currently using. If you look at the Phanteks site for the official kit, it's got everything listed for it. Hope this helps!

Question 7

Does this work for powering the gtx 1080?

These are cables, they don't "power" anything. Your answer depends on the wattage of the power supply you have, you should be using a 7850W or higher with the gtx 1080.
