These just extend the cables from your power supply, they won't plug directly into the power supply. They're meant to help your PC look cool without having to dump a ton of money into custom sleeved cables. They look amazing, you just need to make sure you have enough room to jam these plus the cables from your power supply into your case.

Yes this kit comes with a 8pin (2x4)male to 8pin(2x4) female cpu extension.
Other items are as follows:
24pin (2x12)male to 24pin(2x12)female
8pin(2x4) male to 8/6pin (2x4 or 2x3)female  -X2 for dual SLI crossfire.

Does this come with 1 or 2 PCI-E extensions? Images show two. The specification tab did not, well... specify the quantity of cables included.

The image has cable combs in it. Does it come with cable combs? Do these cables look neat?

I'd say they look neat but mine don't have cable combs, they have round sheaths and can clip together at the ends.
