No it doesn't. It supports the LGA 1155 chipset which includes both Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge Processors.

I'm trying to build my own computer with this motherboard in mind but I can't figure out which power supply or how much Watts is recommended, any suggestions?

will this board accept a double sized vid card like a gtx 760? and is it compatable with the lga 1155 I5-2320?

I purchased this motherboard for a recent build and viewed ASrock's supported CPU type list for this motherboard. The CPU model you listed is supported.

Regarding your question about the over-sized GTX 760. I am not sure what you mean by over-sized, but...the motherboard only has 1 PCI Express 3.0 slot so it can only handle a single video card not dual video cards. The GTX 760 appears to be a single video card with a fan attachment and extra ports in the back (which is probably what you were referring to). When you plug the GTX 760 card into the motherboard, the fan attachment will cover one of the PCI slots. Case size has to be considered as well as that tends to be the biggest problem. The only potential problem I see, is the PCI express slot is close the memory slots. Not sure if the card would run into that, but the back of the card would be very close to the clips. Keep in mind this answer is just based off of looking at an image of the video card on my monitor and matching the dimensions to the motherboard I own. I don't actually have the video card to test.

I have purchased this motherboard for builds that users will mainly use for home publishing or web based apps. It is good for casual gaming, but I cannot recommend for hardcore gaming.

Question 4

I’m having issues booting:
There is no video, POST or beeps out of SPEAKER1. 
I can see CPU_FAN1 and CHA_FAN1 fans working.
I have re-sat the cpu and memory to assure everything is correctly set.
I also couldn't find information about beep codes in the manual.
 
Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do?

Also found this: does the motherboard not have the warning lights? most modern ones don't beep and instead cycle through a bunch of lights on the motherboard then if there is a problem it sits with a red light on where your problem is.

I am looking for a replacement to my gigabyte z68 board that i scratched traces on. Tried repairing the traces without success. I have a hyper 212 cpu cooler and 6870 graphics card. Will the 212 have enough clearance?

The hyper 212 rises straight up away from the board. The clearance issue is going to depend on what kind of case you are installing this into. The component profile on the surface of the B75M is smaller than the z68. It will support any LGA 1155 socket cooler that the z68 can.

does this motherboard come with support for ivy bridge processors or does it need a bios update?

Yes it does. It will also support Xeon E3's with socket 1155. Bios comes with a very nice interface that allows you to use a mouse as well. Supports hyperthreading and turbo boost right out of the box.

is this motherboard compatible with a 250 watt power supply?

A 250 watt supply will probably run it if you never put a lot of stress on the processor and have no USB devices attached that require power.   I use no less than a 600 watt supply on anything I build. It is better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
