There is 2 version for this card. Does this one have the 6 pin power port?

The first Gigabyte RX 560 OC 4gb (Rev 1) had 6 pin about 2 months later a socket powered version was released (Rev 2) and they are slower clock speeds so beware. Also the Aorus oc software was nerfed along with the clock speeds.

Question 2

Is this card PCI-E x 16 or PCI-E x 8 ? I have seen different information on this card from other websites claiming its x 8, but newegg says x 16 ... ?

This will fit any 8X or 16X pci-e slot as they are the same physical size. being that this is a mid grade card, you shouldn't concern yourself too much with pci-e lane throughput, but to maximize this cards potential ensure that you are using a 2.0 pci-e 16X or 3.0 pci-e 8X.

Will this card work on a 1st gen i7 and will it run fallout 4 and mass effect Andromeda i know the game sucks but i liked the graphics?

I'm running a i7-920 with this card and fallout 4 runs very well.  Make sure your OS meets requirements as only Win 7 and 10 are supported with this card, 8.1 is not supported.

I may buy this card out of desperation for Bitcoin mining. I'm using a couple of RX 480s w/4GB and am getting a pretty good hash rate. Is anyone else using this card for Bitcoin?

The RX 500 series is a refresh of the 400 line other than the 560. I would say your better off with your 480's over a 560 but the OC 560's were great for the price. Now not so much because of the miners, so reap what you sow... $100 gpu's are now $250 and normal gamers/users are the ones suffering.

Will this card work with my GA-970A-UD3 (Socket M2) motherboard?

You should be fine, I have ran this card in a GA-990FX Gaming, a lm-78 and an asus  m5 series 970. This looks like the one they are phasing out (Rev.1) that has the 6 pin power so the factory speeds are higher than the new ones (Rev.2) which are powered by the socket.
