With a 250watt power supply low profile can it run 4K UHD @120hz?

As far as I know this version of the GT-730 card does support 4k but it only does 30Hz refresh rate. Using only a 250W PSU seems like your cutting it dangerously close. I would suggest upgrading your PSU if at all possible to prevent any over-heating with the 730 card.
