How many Nvank encodes can this card run at once, this is for a PLEX server?

Nvidia website lists the max number of concurrent sessions as unrestricted for the P2000 GPU in their "Video Encode and Decode GPU Support Matrix" Google that phrase and its the first result, apparently newegg doesn't allow links in their answers. I'm sure there is a practical limitation depending on what you're encoding.

PNY stated that they do not warranty cards sold through Newegg marketplace. Is the 3 year warranty through Dell then?

Where did you hear / read this? I went looking through PNY's warranty pages and didn't read anything like this anywhere. Closest thing I read was, "PNY DOES NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY COVERAGE OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON QUADRO CARDS SOLD INDIVIDUALLY AS “OEM”, “BULK”, “WHITE BOX”, “PLAIN BOX”, ETC. " They do this because they don't sell such items, only retail box items. So if you buy such an item, you're likely buying a fake so to speak.
