How many slots does this card occupy?

By looking at the provided pictures you can see how many PICe slots it will need on the motherboard, and the mounting plate with the monitor connectors has two legs meaning that it needs two ports open for all of the connectors to be visible from the outside.

Does this Fury have the dual bios switch?

Yes it is located near the backplate on the PCB and can be accessed easily by taking the tower side panel off.

The specs on the cards box and online do not show it having HDCP, if that helps any?

In the specifications this card is described as using a "Sapphire original pcb." Does this mean that the pcb is not a reference pcb? As such, does this mean that the standard EK water-blocks made for the furyx won't fit?

I've got the earlier model of this Sapphire card (the Tri-X version) and the EK FuryX water-block works great. I wanted to (in a few weeks) buy a second card for crossfire, but if I can't add it to the water loop because it uses a different pcb, then I'll have to buy an Asus, XFX, or Gigabyte version of the card. That is not ideal. I'd rather use two Sapphire cards.

It's a non-reference PCB with better capacitors and such to handle more power than the stock AMD design. Whether or not your cooler will fit will is a probably more likely a matter of how it mounts. Typically the mounting holes are a standardized arrangement
