Question 1

I know it says that the minimum power is 600w, but do you think a 550w would work?  I am using a EVGA SuperNOVA 550 GS, 80+ GOLD 550W PSU.  I am using a Intel Core i7-6700K CPU which pulls 91w.    Thoughts?

The best thing to do to make sure you have enough juice is to go to PCPartpicker, go to the system builder and add in all your components. It will tell you exactly how much juice your build needs. It lets you include everything including case fans, memory, and your drives as well so you get a very accurate number.

I would link to it but that does not seem to be allowed, however it is easy to find with a quick search.

If the numbers are close you should move up, an under powered system will spit out all kinds of random problems.
