Would this work with two XFX Radeon HD 7700?

You would need to check the Radeon web site to be sure, but it should work as long as the cards are identical and have the crossfire pro capabality.

I am running two AMD FirePro V7900 (FireGl V) with no issues.

Can this work with 2 MSI R9 270(non X version graphic card)?

I'm using two of these for a pair HD6700 series cards.

If your cards require a CrossFire bridge, this will work.  The part is packaged by XFX but will work for any other card requiring the bridge.
